Philately Subscription Cancellation Form

Our subscriptions are automatically renewed on an annual basis unless a timely cancellation is communicated to our Philately & Stamps Printing department.
Do you wish to proceed with the full cancellation of one or more subscriptions to the collections?

Please use the form below to formally notify our services of your cancellation. After receipt, our colleagues will process your request and send you written confirmation of cancellation.

Notice: Upon execution of the cancellation, your customer number will be deactivated.
This form must not be used to make changes to your subscription(s).

To produce our collections and ensure timely delivery to our subscribers, preparatory work starts as early as December of the year preceding the publication year. Please therefore consider the applicable cancellation periods as set out in the General Subscription Terms and Conditions for Philatelic Products – bpost Philately & Stamps Printing.

Annual payment

The collections are paid in advance at the beginning of the subscription year.
I acknowledge that the earliest possible cancellation date is the end of the current subscription year. The collection deliveries of the current year remain payable and are deemed accepted.

Payment per shipment

The collections are paid in advance per shipment.
I acknowledge that the collections will be terminated as from the earliest possible cancellation date, at the latest up to three (3) weeks prior to the next issue date. Shipments that are already in process or for which a payment request has already been issued remain binding and will still be delivered.
